Reception

A full-time front of house receptionist is at the ready to welcome your clients and assist with general enquiries. Reception services include:

  • Greeting clients

  • Ordering catering and offering beverages to guests

  • Daily mail service

  • Maintenance and general enquiries

  • Ensuring meeting rooms are presentable at all times

For everyone’s safety and security, guests are required to check-in at the electronic Visitor Check-in system at Reception.

Work Spaces

Enjoy low-density seating with generous desks (1800mm wide), lots of open space and high ceilings, plus plenty of greenery. The W.hub offers private offices or individual workstation desks.

  • Offices are fully furnished with a large desk, office chair, visitor chairs, and set of mobile drawers

  • All individual desks are furnished with an office chair, optional mobile drawers upon request, and a 4-point power board

Premium Meeting Rooms

You’ll find a total of seven meeting rooms at the W.hub, including a 16-seat board room, 12-seat training room and five other rooms seating from 4-8 people, all of which can be reserved for meetings via an online booking system.

The Boardroom, Training Room, and large meeting room are all equipped with a large screen TV, whiteboard, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, and a video conferencing camera to ensure slick meetings and presentations.

Boardroom

The Boardroom, located on Level 2, hosts seating for 16, a 75-inch flat screen TV with Apple TV, HDMI or Google Chromecast as well as video conferencing capabilities, to enable a smooth and professional experience for your meetings. A dedicated filtered water tap helps keeps you hydrated during meetings.

Training Room

The Training Room on Level 1 seats 12 but can be configured for more seats to suit your training requirements. Enjoy seamless training presentations on the 65-inch flat screen with Apple TV, Chromecast or HDMI capability.

Kitchens

The W.hub has three well-equipped kitchens each with a microwave, fridge, pod coffee machine and plenty of crockery. Shared dining areas adjoin two of the kitchens, plus an outdoor dining bench where you can catch some sunshine on your break.

Lounge

In addition to the balcony and dining areas on both floors, Level 1 boasts a centrally located bright and airy lounge area and high-top bench for those more informal meetings, or quick catch-up over coffee, or simply a change of scenery from your desk.

Balcony

Enjoy dining al fresco on those sunny days, or catch up with a colleague over a coffee on the balcony adjacent to the Level 1 kitchen.
